Sponlio Terms of Service

Sponlio provides creator analytics, sponsorship-rate guidance, media-kit publishing, referral tools, brand/deal management and optional Sponlio Pro features. Rate estimates, Creator Intelligence projections, content-value estimates, sponsorship-capacity estimates, scores and cohort percentiles are informational tools, not promises that a brand will offer or accept a particular price or that a creator will earn a projected amount.

Sponlio Pro subscriptions

Sponlio Pro is offered as an auto-renewable monthly or annual subscription. Prices, taxes and localized currency shown by the App Store or Stripe at checkout are the controlling purchase terms. The intended U.S. launch prices are $7.99/month and $59.99/year.

Subscriptions purchased in the iPhone app are processed by Apple and renew according to your Apple subscription settings until cancelled. Manage or cancel them through Apple's subscription-management interface. App Store refunds are governed by Apple's policies.

Subscriptions purchased on Sponlio's website are processed by Stripe and renew until cancelled. Web subscribers can use the Sponlio billing account/Stripe Customer Portal to manage or cancel the subscription. Cancellation normally stops future renewal while access continues through the paid period unless the billing provider indicates otherwise.

Deleting or disconnecting a Sponlio account does not itself cancel an App Store subscription. For linked Stripe web subscriptions, Sponlio requests cancellation when the Sponlio account is deleted.

Connected platform data

You must have authority to connect the Instagram, YouTube, or TikTok account you authorize. Sponlio uses official authorized APIs for connected accounts. Platform metric availability depends on the permissions granted, account type, API review status and the platform itself. Combined audience totals add platform follower/subscriber counts and are not deduplicated across people who follow a creator on more than one service.

Acceptable use

Do not use Sponlio to impersonate another creator, misrepresent account performance, violate platform rules, abuse referral systems, or conduct unlawful activity.

Deal Assistant and contracts

Sponlio can screen pasted contract text for common creator-business risks and generate deal memos or creator agreement drafts from stored deal terms. These tools are informational and do not provide legal advice. Creators and brands are responsible for reviewing agreements for their jurisdiction and circumstances before signing. Optional BYO/local AI features send selected deal/contract context directly from the creator’s device to the AI endpoint the creator configures; Sponlio does not supply the AI model or API key.

Brand Outreach

Brand Outreach helps creators prepare pitches, share trackable media-kit links, open saved brand social profiles, pre-fill email and track manual follow-ups. Sponlio may also provide a server-backed directory of business names and business contact paths sourced from CreatorScout or other administrative imports. Directory entries are leads for creator research, not endorsements, active sponsorship offers, or guarantees that a listed contact wants to receive a pitch. Sponlio does not promise delivery, response, sponsorship acceptance or permission to send unsolicited messages. Creators are responsible for confirming contact accuracy and complying with applicable laws, platform rules and recipient preferences when contacting brands.

Creator Business OS

Creator Business OS summarizes revenue, expenses, outstanding invoices, pipeline value, deal outcomes and follow-up dates from records the creator stores in Sponlio. These figures are organizational estimates and are not accounting, tax or financial advice.

Campaign reports and invoices

Campaign reports reflect Instagram metrics available when Sponlio captures a report snapshot. Invoice tools generate and track creator-issued invoices but Sponlio does not provide accounting, tax or legal advice and does not move creator-brand funds through these invoice pages. Creators are responsible for invoice accuracy, taxes, payment instructions and their agreements with brands.

Direct creator payment links

Creators may publish an external payment or booking link on their media kit. That link sends the visitor to the creator's chosen third-party payment provider. Sponlio does not receive, hold, split, settle, refund, process, or guarantee funds sent through these external links and is not a party to the creator-brand payment transaction. Creators and brands are responsible for their own payment terms, delivery obligations, refunds, disputes, taxes and compliance with the chosen payment provider's rules.

Service availability

Features that rely on Meta, Apple, Stripe or other third-party services can be affected by those services' availability, permissions and policies.
